As noted above this is the response regarding the drainage issues raised by ABC at each municipality. Our research provided us with several recommendations and a special ANNEX on drainage.
What is not well understood is that the Municipality must ask for these drainage items. Individual landowners cannot. We needed our Municipalities to speak for us and they have.
